Service Hub is purpose-built to deliver remarkable customer experiences at scale – and Omnichannel communication is at the heart of that mission. As the Design Manager for the Omnichannel product group, you’ll be leading a design team focused on building intuitive, high-impact 1:1 communication tools that are foundational to every sales and support team’s success. This is a platform-facing leadership role: you’ll help build the connective tissue that enables seamless, contextual experiences for every HubSpot customer – regardless of channel or business size. Our Omnichannel platform empowers front-line teams to meet customers where they are (phone, email, SMS, and more), preserves full context across touchpoints, and ensures conversations are easy to manage at scale. You'll collaborate deeply with engineering, product, and design leaders across the product family (e.g., Sales Hub, Content Hub, Operations Hub) to deliver solutions that work across use cases, and set a high bar for craft, accessibility, and platform consistency.
