About the position

Draganfly Inc. has been a recognized technology leader within the commercial UAV space for over two decades, focusing on the sale of drone products and services, contract engineering, custom integration product development, and health monitoring products and services. The Product Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Draganfly development team and diverse clientele in military, law enforcement, and enterprise markets. This dynamic position involves conducting and designing comprehensive training programs, captivating demonstrations, and spearheading special projects. The specialist is tasked with showcasing the innovative features of drones and ensuring clients leverage the technology to its fullest potential. The position is full-time in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist in the creation and design of Training Programs from end to end to fit the suite of Draganfly products in the appropriate market(s)
  • Executing Training Programs to the needs of end-user(s)
  • Adapt Training Programs based on feedback from recipients as appropriate
  • Lead and assist in the creation of demo plans to ensure successful engagement of the target market(s)
  • Execute demos with Draganfly suite of equipment for key stakeholders related to target market(s)
  • Compile product reports based on state of the market, feedback from designated end-users, and personal experience of equipment
  • Provide insight in ongoing development projects as requested by engineering and production teams
  • Test new and existing platforms, validating and exploring key metrics
  • Provide feedback to engineering teams based on test findings
  • Validate partners and other 3rd party integrations to ensure the standard of quality that Draganfly sets for its users
  • Continue to build knowledge base of the UAS market and Draganfly products to support day to day responsibilities and provide support to other ends of the business (sales, business development and, marketing)
  • Assist and lead on special projects as assigned relevant to your experience
  • Assist in marketing, tradeshows, and partnerships based on skill set and experience as needed
  • Travel as required
  • Attend industry events and tradeshows as needed
  • Safely operate UAS systems with various technical payload sensors
  • Maintain the regulatory ability to operate UAS in appropriate conditions
  • Manage and maintain equipment as necessary
  • Report and continuously improve key metrics as appropriate
  • Obtain and maintain hazardous goods shipping certification

Requirements

  • Military and or Law Enforcement background required
  • Minimum of 5 years in UAS industry related roles
  • Experience directly supporting sales, service delivery or support in a customer facing capacity
  • Strong UAS market knowledge, primarily in Law Enforcement and Military markets
