About the position

We are looking for a Product Manager with the 10x impact mindset and a track record of driving new product features from concept to successful launch, market adoption, and customer outcome realization. This is an integral role with the opportunity of making a huge impact for ServiceTitan contractors by enabling self-service to their customers as an extension of the great customer experience they already offer. Our contractors' customer base can range from commercial property managers to residential homeowners. Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Accounts Receivable experience
  • Engage closely with our customers (and end-users) to understand their current processes and needs, translating those into product capabilities and requirements
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, UX researchers, sales engineers, and other team members to deliver impactful customer experiences and outcomes
  • Define and drive the success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external launch plans
  • Plan future product iterations based on a combination of usage analysis, customer outcomes, sentiment, and qualitative feedback
  • Be responsible for the product’s life cycle from concept to launch through value realization

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience, with at least 1 year in a product management role
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and making decisions based on data
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines
  • Prior experience bringing SaaS B2B products from conception to launch
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and globally distributed environment, and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum
  • Prior experience developing customer portal software is a strong plus
