About the position

We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and is passionate about solving real customer problems. In this role, you’ll be empowered to lead product innovation, drive measurable growth, and shape the future of our platform across web and mobile. This role requires an independent thinker — someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical, and comfortable making decisions with minimal direction. You’ll be expected to spot new opportunities, take calculated risks, and experiment boldly — all while staying grounded in data and user insight. Whether you're deepening your product craft or bringing senior-level leadership and vision, you'll play a pivotal role in moving our product and company forward.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation and launch of experiments, interfaces, and features across mobile web, mobile app, and desktop.
  • Focus on optimizing conversion rates and customer lifetime value (LTV) through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Leverage agile, lean, and scrum practices to continuously test hypotheses and iterate quickly based on learnings.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Analytics to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Partner with researchers to uncover user pain points, validate ideas, and ensure solutions truly resonate.
  • Use usability studies, behavior data, and research to define clear, outcome-driven product requirements.
  • Define success criteria, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Identify new product opportunities, challenge the status quo, and influence strategic direction with a growth mindset.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2C product management (web and mobile).
  • Deep experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests, interpreting results, and acting on insights.
  • Strong proficiency in using data to inform priorities, measure impact, and challenge assumptions.
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously, set direction, and deliver results with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to align execution with broader goals.
  • A genuine interest in understanding users, solving real problems, and creating valuable experiences.
  • Natural ability to identify opportunities, experiment boldly, and influence product and business strategy.
