Revenue Operations plays a critical role in ensuring financial success by improving the platforms, operations, and systems supporting our go-to-market teams. This team partners with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver scalable and efficient processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to revenue recognition. Revenue Operations is essential to achieving our company's revenue and operational goals. As the Product Manager II, Sales & Customer Success (CS) Platform, you will focus on managing the Sales Platform as a product. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand internal customer needs, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions. Using your deep understanding of business processes, enterprise tools, automation, and integrated systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Gong, LeanData, Outreach, etc.), you will create and maintain a roadmap of enhancements that drive measurable business outcomes. Collaborating with business analysts, tool administrators, and engineers, you will ensure platform changes meet business objectives while adhering to compliance requirements.
