This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation. As a Product Manager, you will be empowered and expected to grow margin and profitability of your category product lines within the Fypon and Larson business, enabling the BU to meet its overall financial objective. You will provide thought leadership and direction to ensure we have the right products, in the right channels, with the right pricing architecture. You will have a deep understanding of the market and target customer groups to deploy strategies that will increase market share and profitability throughout the product lifecycle. The ability to create and execute successful strategies, build narratives around those strategies, and influence multiple stakeholders internally and externally are necessary for success.
