About the position

The Product Line Manager at Master Builders Solutions plays a crucial role in the Marketing and Product Line Management team, focusing on developing and executing growth strategies for product lines. This includes product positioning, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management. The role involves gathering and analyzing market information, managing product development projects, and creating sales and marketing tools to support the product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to improve product profitability.
• Design and execute comprehensive product line strategies, including value propositions and technology roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams in new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Oversee the end-to-end product launch process, ensuring alignment and execution of strategies.
• Collaborate with the Communications Manager to design marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance product market presence.
• Support product-based sales development and training, delivering customer value propositions.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction or concrete admixture industry, focusing on sales, marketing, or research/development.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing product or project teams.
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills, particularly in market analysis and pricing strategy development.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP and data analysis tools is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• An advanced degree (MBA, MS) or specialized training in construction or engineering-related fields is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
• Knowledge of the concrete industry.
