This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to evolve Figma's core products, as well as grow our product suite
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
- Partner with Product leadership, Design, and Engineering to set strategy, and define long term vision for your product area
- Drive execution of product strategy by building effective roadmaps and motivating cross functional teams around a shared vision for success

Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping user-facing software features and products, or platforms that power multiple features
- Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams through the product development process
- Experience delivering high quality product solutions that drive significant impact
Nice-to-haves
- Demonstrated experience building design or developer tools, or the platforms that support them
- Entrepreneurial experience or instincts
- The ability to communicate at all levels--from coaching folks earlier in career to executive stakeholder management
- An affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor, and 'run with it' mentality
