Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact projects in the dental implant field.
  • Drive product development and market expansion in alignment with company strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and present strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Manage sales forecasts and performance reports to optimize commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams and distributors to enhance market presence and revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at international conferences and industry events to promote products and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Develop and execute professional training programs for dental professionals, sales teams, and distributors.
  • Serve as the global knowledge expert for the company's implant portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management (dental industry - a strong advantage).
  • Experience in global marketing and sales.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent presentation and training abilities.
  • Project management experience - an advantage.
  • High-level English proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel frequently worldwide.
