TabaPay is looking for an exceptional product marketing leader to lead our corporate product marketing function. This role will be responsible for crafting new messaging for TabaPay to help position us for the next stage of growth into new markets and products. This role is highly strategic, mission critical for TabaPay, and involves frequent interfaces with the CEO and executive team. You will help us craft a new corporate message by identifying specific key target markets, developing a deep understanding of these audiences’ needs, and crafting a unique selling proposition and message that resonates with them. You will also own our website redesign and work with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to bring it to life. Additionally, as a senior lead, help mentor and improve the marketing team.

  • Help us expand to new markets by identifying new target markets that could be served with TabaPay products.
  • Understand competition and determine product/market fit for these areas.
  • Deeply understand distinct needs of target markets and create target personas.
  • Craft a clear and compelling message on what makes TabaPay unique in serving these audiences.
  • Conduct customer research to deeply understand customer needs and derive insights for messaging.
  • Lead all aspects of our website redesign including new messaging, new pages, new brand design, and web analytics.
  • Hire and manage a team to redesign the website.
  • Mentor other marketing teammates and influence cross-functional partners across the company.
  • 10-15 years of product marketing experience.
  • Passionate about understanding how complex products work.
  • Great at conducting customer research and deriving customer insights.
  • Ability to problem solve, think strategically, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent at crafting clear and compelling messaging for a B2B audience.
  • Excellent at collaborating with and influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, identify and solve problems, and move fast.
  • Payments experience preferred.
