About the position

Authenticx is on a mission to help humans understand humans. Our platform is the new standard for humanizing customer interaction data at scale. We channel our passion and talent into helping healthcare leaders listen to their conversational data in a way that delivers value to the enterprise. The Product Marketing Manager will act as the bridge between our product + engineering organization and our go-to-market teams (customer success, brand marketing, sales). The role involves making the Authenticx platform successful in the market, promoting adoption and maturity within our client base, and serving as strategic experts regarding the market and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company through the launch of new products
  • Develop strong positioning and compelling messaging
  • Collaborate with product and other cross-functional teams
  • Enable sales and customer success
  • Create high impact content to fuel customer and market-facing campaigns
  • Operationalize product marketing activities to drive successful, tangible results
  • Understand the platform and the products supported as a subject matter expert
  • Stay up to speed on current market and industry news
  • Create compelling roadmap messaging, product demo paths for customer presentations, sales presentations, events, and analyst briefings
  • Define and manage end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the product
  • Build product marketing programs and frameworks to promote the Authenticx vision, platform, and services
  • Develop insights based on product usage data, voice of customer, campaign effectiveness, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Relevant undergraduate degree or other formal education or certification
  • 4+ years experience in product marketing for enterprise B2B SaaS technology products and services
  • Passionate about contributing to early-growth stage companies' success
  • Experience crafting compelling, value-driven product messaging and positioning
  • Technical competence in understanding how the product works
  • Ability to simplify complex technical requirements into concise messaging
  • Exhibits customer empathy and prioritizes the customer in all actions
  • High drive and ownership with accountability to team KPIs
  • Strong communication, presenting, writing skills, and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills

  • Experience in healthcare technology
  • Experience marketing AI software or platforms and/or technical platforms to mid-market and enterprise-size businesses
