  • Create persuasive marketing collateral including sales materials, fact sheets, presentations, web content, and case studies.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for product launches and feature updates, aligning stakeholders and driving execution.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and differentiation strategies.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing on content planning and messaging consistency across channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate across teams — Product, Sales, Client Success, Market Development — to inform strategy and ensure audience-centric solutions.
  • Track the performance of marketing initiatives, drawing insights from KPIs to optimize efforts.
  • Contribute to strategic marketing planning and take ownership of special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech, energy, or utilities sector.

  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical ideas into clear, engaging messages.
  • Strong writing and communication skills; experienced in developing impactful sales and marketing assets.
  • Effective collaborator with experience working across product, sales, and technical teams.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines independently.
  • Analytical and curious mindset; able to balance data-driven decisions with creativity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Passion for clean energy and sustainability is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $110,000 – $130,000 USD based on experience and location.
  • 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Flexible schedule with a casual work environment.
  • Paid parental leave and education assistance program.
  • Citi Bike membership, gym subsidy, fully stocked kitchen.
  • Opportunities to work with the latest technologies in IoT, SaaS, and machine learning.
  • A collaborative culture that values growth, innovation, and making a positive climate impact.
