About the position

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. At Airbnb, Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) are at the core of shaping exceptional experiences for our global community. They blend customer insights, strategic thinking, and creativity to imagine the ideal journey for guests and hosts—then work backwards to deliver innovative, delightful products. PMMs leverage deep user research and product expertise, translating complex needs into actionable strategies and compelling go-to-market narratives. Our PMMs partner closely with experts across engineering, design, supply, data science, operations, marketing, and other key teams to bring ideas to life and align on a shared vision. Known for being collaborative, detail-oriented, and hands-on, the PMM team leads initiatives that drive meaningful impact and foster a culture where creativity and user-centric thinking thrive.
