In this role, you will answer questions about the security and privacy needs of consumers on a Windows PC, the core secure platform fundamentals and value propositions that Windows needs to deliver in the AI and Agentic era, and how to drive the evolution of Windows security with next-generation AI powered protection. You will leverage data to understand the Windows customer’s current needs and preferences to make strategic recommendations and influence engineering to prioritize product roadmap and new experiences for marketing focus.
