About the position

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive the successful development of BIP’s innovative technology products. This role is critical to the firm’s continued growth and strategic execution. As a Product Owner, you will work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience—playing a hands-on role in shaping the solutions that power our business. As a Product Owner at BIP, you will own the product backlog and collaborate closely with the Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, user-centric features. We’re looking for someone who is not only technically savvy but also confident, curious, and unafraid to ask the hard questions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, confidently engages with a wide range of personalities, and embraces feedback—even when it’s challenging. You’re not afraid to ask questions, take initiative, or admit when you're wrong. You bring curiosity, resilience, and a collaborative spirit to every interaction, always focused on driving the product and team forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, self-motivated individual who brings strong emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset to their work. If you're eager to grow as a product leader, contribute meaningfully to a forward-thinking company, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
