Product Support Sales Rep - Truck

About the position

The Product Support Sales Rep actively seeks new customers and markets for On-Highway Truck Product Support opportunities. This role involves influencing the sale of parts and service from existing and prospective customers for the Truck division, acting as a consultant/advisor for the customer.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new customers and markets for On-Highway Truck Product Support
• Inspect and accurately prepare repair quotes and present to the customer
• Maintain open communication and working relationship with Sales, Service and Parts personnel
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Two or more years' experience in a related field
• Effective presentation skills
• Positive customer service
• Strong communication skills
