Responsibilities

  • Ensure top-tier customer support and enhance product reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in dynamic problem-solving for real-world challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality engineers.
  • Provide clear rework and repair instructions based on analysis.
  • Disposition non-conforming parts and manage MRB processes.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in aerospace design and manufacturing.
  • Strong background in engineering technical product support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of fluid flow principles.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel valves and components.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace and military standards.
  • Expertise in blueprint reading, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
  • Familiarity with machining practices.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly PRO/E or Solidworks.
  • Experience in production assembly, testing, and interpreting test data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in forging, casting, and hog-out design techniques.
  • Proficiency in configuration management tools like Enovia SmarTeam.
  • Knowledge of design and production documents.
