About the position

The Product Testing Team, part of the Product Immersion Testing team within BPM, is seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about testing and launching Meta's newest business and marketing solutions. This Program Manager will bring operational strategy and process to alpha, beta, and generally available (GA) product testing and influence new products for scaled release.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing and Operations partners
  • Perform under high-pressure, fast-moving, and often ambiguous conditions
  • Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of digital marketing campaigns
  • Initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Use A/B testing
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams, delivering impact through communication, and influencing teams toward achieving goals
  • Implement processes and programs that improve product or operational performance
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and execute projects
  • Have knowledge of marketing and be adept with Meta's business tools (e.g. Ads Manager)
  • Analyze data and measure the impact of projects and campaigns
  • Deal with high-pressure, fast-moving, and ambiguous problems
  • Contribute at both strategic and operational levels
  • Work with or in support of a wide-range of communities
  • Have experience with Ads Manager and/or other interfaces within Meta's ad platform

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 4+ years of work experience in program/project management, customer service, marketing, user or User research, and/or operations
  • 4+ years of experience in managing the implementation, tracking, and measurement of digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Experience using A/B testing
  • Experience working/building relationships with cross-functional teams, delivering impact through communication, and influencing teams toward achieving goals
  • Experience implementing processes and programs that improve product or operational performance
  • Experience in cross-functional communication and project execution
  • Knowledge of marketing and Meta's business tools (e.g. Ads Manager)
  • Aptitude for measurement and data analysis
  • Experience dealing with high-pressure, fast-moving, and ambiguous problems
  • Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels
  • Experience working with or in support of a wide-range of communities
  • Experience with Ads Manager and/or other interfaces within Meta's ad platform
