About the position

21Tech, LLC is seeking an experienced Programmer/Analyst/Developer to support and build data transformation jobs and interfaces, develop custom reports, and ensure software functionality. This hybrid position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, requiring the candidate to be located in San Bernardino, CA.

Responsibilities

• Support / build Data transformation jobs and interfaces.
• Develop custom SSRS reports and SQL queries as needed.
• Test software functionality and fix any bugs.
• Debug JavaScript.
• Gather business requirements and develop functional/technical specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Management, Computer Science, or a closely related field (commensurate business experience considered).
• Experience with Property Information Management System (PIMS) or similar systems.
• Good organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Database Design skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and SSRS.
• Some knowledge of Windows Server 2019.
• Knowledge of IIS.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Azure, ESRI GIS, C#, .NET programming languages.
• On Premises to SaaS/Cloud migration experience.
