About the position

The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers in a civil construction company that specializes in Lift Stations and Waste Water Treatment Plants. This role involves coordinating various aspects of projects, ensuring effective communication with customers, subcontractors, and team members, and managing documentation and schedules to facilitate project success.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate job starts from estimating release
  • Assign job numbers and set up job files
  • Track and facilitate Contract and Change Order progress and documents
  • Submit NTO and COI documents, save and distribute
  • Manage and distribute Project plans
  • Track subcontractor quotes and approvals and issue PO's
  • Manage ETA's and Delivery schedules for materials
  • Manage and distribute submittals and their approvals
  • Track and facilitate Electrical and Back Flow permits
  • Track and distribute Start Up and O&M documents

Requirements

  • Experience in project scheduling
