Job Overview

The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of the Executive Director and contribute to managing high-impact projects and marketing operations.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage special projects related to brand marketing and strategy.
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Analyze project performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Lead event planning and execution, including global conferences and customer engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.
Qualifications
* Over 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on brand strategy and project management (preferred).
* Proven expertise in managing integrated marketing campaigns and special projects.
* Strong strategic planning, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Experience with event management, budgeting, and performance metrics analysis.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to be on-site as needed.
* BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
