About the position

The Project Manager for Wholesale Lending will play a critical role in supporting the client's commercial banking unit through two key project phases: Baseline Establishment and Collateral Remediation. This position requires a strong focus on regulatory compliance, data analysis, and collaboration with various teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of wholesale lending data.

Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive baseline of wholesale loans through General Ledger reconciliation, System of Record analysis, and data validation.
• Partner with commercial banking teams to secure Line of Business signoff, ensuring accurate capture of all in-scope loans.
• Engage with each System of Record to address data gaps and ensure correct recording of collateral values.
• Coordinate with the iHub team to confirm accurate data mapping and provisioning to Liquidity Management.
• Develop and implement a remediation approach for wholesale lending collateral in collaboration with Line of Business leaders.
• Analyze lending data within iHub, review data elements, and validate mappings against regulatory requirements.
• Identify, prioritize, and sequence remediation activities by Line of Business or product area; support significant change events as necessary.
• Develop and implement solutions for data quality issues, managing data quality rules, and streamlining workflows.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in wholesale lending, securitized lending, collateral coverage, loan analysis, and corporate treasury.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (FR 2052a, FR Y-14, LCR).
• Proficiency in data analysis, data remediation, big data tools, and statistical testing for data quality assurance.
• Familiarity with wholesale lending systems, MS Excel (pivot tables), and database structures.
