About the position

The Project Manager reports directly to the Senior Project Manager, whom he/she will be supporting in the day-to-day project activities and, during construction, will be supervising the team’s Field Engineers. You will be familiar with both design and construction processes; able to support and advise the Senior Project Manager on technical decisions in either phases. The Project Manager must be a good verbal and written communicator and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Approach the role analytically and proactively, never reactively.
  • Vet all submissions by other parties prior to advising the Senior PM and verify personally.
  • Be a team player and a day-to-day reference point for the design and construction teams.
  • Follow the adopted communication protocol and work with little supervision.
  • Multi-task as required to close open actions timely.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience, 6 of which in a project management function.
  • Relevant college degree in architectural/engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with governmental agencies.
  • Familiarity with CMAR delivery method.
