Responsibilities

• Assist with general property maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, installations, and upkeep.
• Support site preparation and material handling on various projects.
• Help ensure each project meets company standards and client expectations.
• Conduct basic site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Follow safety protocols on all job sites to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain project flow.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and ready for the next task.

Requirements

• Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, or handyman work is preferred.
