About the position

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Mission Eagle Pointe community in Allen, TX. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and aims to exceed resident expectations while managing various aspects of property management, including financial operations, staff supervision, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate the property within financial guidelines and KVM standards of excellence.
  • Oversee marketing, maintenance, retention strategies, and communications.
  • Work with the Regional Manager to interview, onboard, coach, and supervise community staff.
  • Set rental rates and oversee collections and financial duties including budgeting, deposits, and reporting.
  • Approve and submit invoices from all service providers.
  • Maintain knowledge of competition and handle all escalated concerns.
  • Conduct daily property walks to identify maintenance and resident issues.
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance with a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Efficiently process all forms, reports, and administrative information.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus and attention to detail.
  • 2-4 years of related experience; training/experience with Onesite/RealPage online system preferred.
  • CRM or ARM certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
