Responsibilities

  • Conduct incoming preliminary inspections on aircraft/components according to customer request cards or manufacturer's manuals.
  • Ensure documentation of maintenance performed meets FAR requirements, the Repair Station Manual, and the Customer's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.
  • Perform final buy-back inspections of maintenance performed.
  • Conduct in-progress inspections, including clearance-to-close, torque verifications, dimensional checks, and rigs.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid F.A.A. Airframe and Powerplant License is required.
  • Three years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the Manager's discretion.
  • Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous Quality Control (QC) experience is highly desirable.
  • Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.
