About the position

As a Recruitment Partner at adidas, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and managing high-volume recruitment across diverse business areas. This role primarily supports teams based in Amsterdam, with the flexibility to extend support to other roles across Europe. You will champion the adidas brand and drive a diverse and inclusive recruitment approach, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment service for both candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Full Recruitment Process: Oversee requisition approvals, job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview strategies, and offer stages.
  • Attract & Engage Talent: Use strategic advertising to increase visibility and attract qualified candidates.
  • Build Talent Pools: Develop and engage a pipeline of pre-qualified and prospective candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Consult & Advise Hiring Teams: Partner with hiring teams, providing regular updates and insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Drive inclusive recruitment strategies, ensuring diverse candidate representation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Act as a key ambassador of the adidas brand, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting: Participate in strategic meetings to align recruitment needs with business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years in global/international recruiting with expertise in managing high-volume requisitions across a range of business functions.
  • Experienced in offer negotiation, awareness of local legislation and employment market/compensation trends.
  • Familiarity with the footwear, apparel, or retail industry and experience within large, global matrix organizations.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English (and preferably another European language), with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, internal recruiting, and diversity-focused hiring practices.
