About the position

An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Regional Marketing Director in the Property Management Division of The Richman Group. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Marketing will join the creative, energetic, and fast-paced team responsible for launching and maintaining our Richman Property Services projects and brands nationwide. As part of this collaborative team, the Marketing Director will support and manage our Richman Signature marketing initiatives, a strong market-rate portfolio. The successful candidate will be a thought leader driven by strategic planning of accelerated marketing strategies that position RPS communities as leaders in our respective markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a robust and differentiated property brand experience across multiple mediums.
  • Ensure a streamlined omnichannel experience that includes both online and offline touchpoints.
  • Work with outside ad agencies and the in-house marketing team to ensure brand continuity across multiple integrated mediums.
  • Oversee the paid media strategy, Google Ads, and social campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, customer demographics, competitor analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Ensure that property milestones and goals are met and formulate comprehensive reporting for ownership.
  • Manage updates and revisions to property websites such as Rent Cafe or WordPress.
  • Build a Preferred Employer and Perks Partners relations programs to drive traffic and build relations with local influencers.
  • Build and manage property marketing budgets.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with the operations, IT, and training & development teams.
  • Work closely with the on-site leasing team to plan, coordinate, and schedule outreach marketing opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on current trends in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum five years of marketing and management experience.
  • Real estate or resort industry experience preferred.
  • Affordable and workforce housing support experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of excelling in a marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to use standard software applications.
  • Knowledgeable of marketing-related tools such as Google Analytics, reputation management systems, Yardi, Rent Cafe, and Knock.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies and their respective tools.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to travel 35%.
