About the position

We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to lead top-of-funnel initiatives and customer acquisition efforts across the Americas. This is a high-impact role where regional strategy meets hands-on execution - ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments. As part of a globally distributed marketing team, you’ll spearhead localized campaigns, content distribution, and demand generation programs tailored to industrial sectors such as Steel, Cement, Pharma, Food & Beverage, and more. Your goal? Drive measurable growth by turning market insight into action.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute campaigns that attract high-intent prospects and generate qualified leads across regional markets.
  • Shape and roll out multi-channel content strategies aligned with local buyer behavior and market nuances.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to co-develop pipeline initiatives and support the customer journey from first touch to close.
  • Plan and deliver impactful events — from executive roundtables to technical seminars — that increase brand visibility and build trust.
  • Strengthen online presence in key countries through search optimization and localized content.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and make data-backed adjustments to optimize outcomes and ROI.
  • Keep a pulse on competitors and industry trends to continuously refine positioning and tactics.
  • Customize messaging and marketing strategies to deeply resonate with decision-makers in target sectors like Aluminum, Paper, Tyres, and others.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or business development - ideally within manufacturing, industrial tech, or AI/IoT sectors.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, content strategy, and digital lead generation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience managing B2B events, including executive briefings, industry roundtables, or technical workshops.
  • Comfortable interpreting marketing KPIs and campaign performance data to improve impact.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales and marketing teams to drive shared goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus.
