About the position

OnQ, LLC is seeking an experienced Remodeling Crew Foreman to lead a team in various construction and remodeling projects. The role involves overseeing home remodels, light commercial renovations, and maintenance for rental units, ensuring quality work is delivered in a timely manner. The foreman will be responsible for supervising crew members, problem-solving on the job, and maintaining positive customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew in residential remodeling and maintenance projects.
• Perform rough and finished carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and window and door replacements.
• Engage in light commercial renovations and residential additions.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance for a variety of rental units.
• Write clear and concise job reports when necessary.
• Interact congenially with customers on job sites.

Requirements

• Broad-based experience in residential remodeling and maintenance.
• Experience in new construction, including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Ability to perform tile, flooring, roofing, and simple plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills on the job.
• Ability to work independently and supervise others.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with light commercial renovations.
• Familiarity with writing job reports.
