About the position

The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for leading the nursing team at the community, ensuring that resident services are managed effectively in accordance with company policies, standards of practice, and governmental regulations. The role focuses on maintaining quality care for all residents and involves supervising compliance with various policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure quality resident care.
  • Review and supervise compliance with policies related to total patient care, including meal service, activities, housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, including infection control and resident rights.
  • Assist residents with admission processes and ensure compliance with all requirements, including Advance Directives and assessments.
  • Provide care and compassion to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of residents.

Requirements

  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
