About the position

The Residential Concierge at Solaire 1150 in Silver Spring, MD, serves as the face of the community, managing resident activity and ensuring a welcoming environment. This full-time role involves supporting customer interests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to enhance the living experience for residents. The Concierge plays a crucial role in maintaining community standards and fostering strong relationships with residents and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and address questions or concerns from prospective or current residents.
• Provide support to the leasing and property operations team.
• Assist with package delivery and other administrative duties for the community.
• Monitor building cleanliness, visual presentation, and security in collaboration with maintenance and external vendors.
• Ensure residents have an exceptional experience as part of the WPC family.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, and/or residential property management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills.
