About the position

The Restroom Attendant/Public Areas Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms and common areas of the establishment. This role is crucial for ensuring a positive experience for guests by keeping facilities clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other necessary items in public restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Monitor restroom cleanliness throughout the shift and address any issues promptly.
• Dispose of trash and waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management immediately.
• Monitor gameroom cleanliness and remove any paper or trash.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the shift, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
• Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire.
• Successful completion of a background check.
