Responsibilities

• Delivers primary medical care to a wide variety of patients in a Rural Health Clinic setting.
• Cares for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records.
• Schedules and administers follow-up appointments as required.
• Performs initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
• Updates patient records and checks records for accuracy at each patient appointment.
• Analyzes test data and determines the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
• Delivers quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity.
• Serves as a resource for patients needing ongoing care information, counseling, and guidance.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Florida license.
• Must have Florida Medicare and Florida Medicaid numbers (or the ability to obtain).
• Ability to see patients of all ages (Family Practice).
• Ability to work within a team and take direction.
• Familiarity with EHR medical charting system or the ability to learn it.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
