About the position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling and offers a supportive work environment with a focus on career advancement and training. RNs will receive comprehensive training and clinical support to ensure they are well-prepared to deliver high-quality care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Utilize electronic charting using AlayaCare.
• Participate in paid training from day one, including in-office, in-home, and online training.
• Work with clients of various ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with clinical support available 24/7.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
