Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in acute care settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in shared governance and contribute to unit-based councils.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • Current RN - Registered Nurse license
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in acute care nursing
  • Certification in specialty areas (e.g., CCRN, CEN)
  • Bilingual skills
