Responsibilities

• Provide 1 on 1 patient care.
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and maintain accurate patient charts.
• Assist patients with daily activities.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide caregiver relief.

Requirements

• Active IL Nursing License
• Current CPR Certification
