Responsibilities

• Provide personalized clinical care for children with complex medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patients' health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate families on care procedures and health management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in pediatric nursing preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with g-tube, trach, or ventilator care.
• Previous home health care experience.
