The role is responsible for selling, fitting and dispensing eyewear to customers. It meets National Vision's sales and company objectives and adheres to National Vision’s Code of Conduct to ensure a professional and productive environment for associates. The position works to bring National Vision’s Mission, Vision, and Values to life by fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for associates and customers. Responsibilities include assisting with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers, performing insertion and removal training of contact lenses, educating clients on proper eyeglass and contact lens care, maintaining accurate and organized patient records, notifying customers when orders are ready or of any delays, assisting customers with picking out eyewear, answering and forwarding incoming phone calls, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and workstations, ensuring inventory control and loss prevention procedures are followed, and maintaining visual merchandising according to Brand and Company Standards.
