About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Spirits & Spice is responsible for engaging customers in a fast-paced retail environment, promoting and selling a variety of high-quality spirits and custom spice blends. This role requires a strong sales focus, excellent customer interaction skills, and the ability to thrive in a team setting. Associates will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses based on sales achievements.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide a retail entertainment experience.
• Promote and sell spirits, spice blends, oils, vinegars, and wine.
• Achieve sales goals and earn performance bonuses.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
• Assist customers with product selections and inquiries.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Serious sales skills and experience in retail sales.
• Health card, TAM card, and Sheriff's card required.
