As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your role will support and assist our sales and marketing departments in tour reception, gifting, sales administration functions, and salesroom food & beverage while providing best in class customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for checking in each guest in a welcoming and timely manner.
  • Ensuring that each guest is properly qualified for the salesroom.
  • To ensure salesroom and podium room set up and routine straightening and refreshing throughout the day.
  • To prepare daily reports for sales accurately ensuring meticulous data entry and reporting.
  • To be an ambassador for the sales team and process.
  • To provide accurate validation of customer's information and qualifications.
  • To complete customer credit screening.
  • To complete customer tour check-in.
  • To complete supply stocking (general and salesroom).
  • To assist in the gifting area when necessary.
  • To assist in transportation coordination.
  • To resolve escalated guest issues and complaints, and resolve any challenges including unsatisfied guests, gifting issues, etc.
  • To always be polite and courteous.
  • To provide a great welcome experience and constant attention from the first point of contact until guest is gifted and completes sales presentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year customer service or customer facing experience.
  • Outgoing and positive personality.
  • Strong desire to work, serve internal and external customers, and work with people; team oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage daily, weekly deadlines.
  • Must be able to have a flexible work schedule.
