About the position

The Sales & Marketing Intern will play a key role in driving our growth by converting marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs)—helping transform prospects into valued customers. This will be a full-time position during the summer. The position is remote, situated on the East Coast of USA, the ideal location being close to Cleveland Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing lead generation campaigns and tracking performance.
  • Qualify and segment marketing leads from various sources.
  • Maintain and update lead records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Research and organize contact data from industry channels and databases (ZoomInfo).
  • Conduct email outreach to engage and qualify potential leads.
  • Organize and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring efficient retrieval.
  • Implement a standardized system for naming, categorization, and version control.
  • Assist in creating digital and print materials (e.g., brochures, social media graphics, presentations).
  • Ensure brand consistency across design assets.
  • Support the marketing team with creative projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or Graphic Design.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in B2B marketing, lead generation, and digital asset management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Office; experience with CRM (Salesforce) and market intelligence tools (ZoomInfo) is a plus.
  • Design software proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Previous experience with social media management tools (Sprout Social) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to improve processes and workflows.
