About the position
As a Product and Delivery Specialist at Quirk Nissan, you will work in a professional, fun, and fast-paced environment. You will receive extensive training using industry-leading tools to ensure your success in the role. The position requires some nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Present the manufacturer's product, features, and benefits to customers along with taking test drives
- Assist sales managers in the sales/delivery process
- Keep up to date on all dealer information, as well as industry news
- Study our training program sales skills and product knowledge
- Obtain a high level of customer satisfaction along with assessing customer needs to achieve a high level of results
- Perform other tasks as required by the manager
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude
- Accurate record keeping of all appropriate dealership documents
- A willingness to learn using our state of the art training tools
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience is welcome but not required
