SALES PRODUCT SPECIALIST

About the position

As an Experienced Bilingual Sales Specialist at South Dade Toyota, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a high-energy sales environment. Your passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle will be key as you connect with clients, conduct test drives, and guide them through the vehicle selection process. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing sales while developing long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. Staying informed on product features and utilizing CRM tools will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
• Conduct test drives and highlight features and benefits of our vehicles
• Confidently negotiate and close sales while maintaining professionalism
• Develop long-term customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
• Stay informed on product features, manufacturer certifications, and industry trends
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions—experience with CDK, Dealer Daily, and Drive Centric is a plus

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in automotive or related sales
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and sales technology
• A self-starter with a results-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no Type A violations)
