Job Purpose We are seeking a skilled Salesforce / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Administrator to join our team and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, an understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation and the ability to communicate and train with non-technical users on the platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration, automation, and data flow between Salesforce and Pardot, supporting lead management, sales enablement and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Salesforce configuration and customization including objects, flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with security policy through profiles, roles and permission sets.
  • Configure relationships between objects, such as lookups and master-detail relationships.
  • Design and generate reports and statistics that support better decision making and process improvement.
  • Enforce data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Test, validate and document Salesforce modifications and enhancements.
  • Liaise with people and groups from all aspects of the EnerSys organization to gather and prioritize new requirements.
  • Manage how Pardot syncs with Salesforce objects like Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Campaigns.
  • Align Salesforce user permissions, roles, and marketing data flow with Pardot.
  • Identify problems in data syncing, form errors, or campaign tracking.
  • Set up and configure Salesforce and Pardot to connectors.
  • Maintain data integrity while adhering to privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Develop ROI and Campaign Influence reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilize advanced tools like B2B Marketing Analytics for in-depth reporting and insights.
  • Lead team training workshops and one-on-one coaching.
  • Provide real-time exercises in a sandbox environment.
  • Develop best practice guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Collect feedback and measure user competency.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with sales teams to foster adoption and troubleshoot.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Expertise in Pardot automation and Salesforce-Pardot integration.
  • 4-year bachelor degree or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce Advance Administration Certification.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce as an administrator or similar CRM Experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
  • Training Experience.
