About the position

The Technical Implementation Consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our software solutions for clients. This position involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that implementations are completed on time and meet quality standards. The consultant will also be responsible for training clients on the software and providing ongoing support post-implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
• Lead the technical implementation of software solutions for clients.
• Provide training and support to clients on software usage and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Document implementation processes and client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of software development and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
