About the position

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate who will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will engage customers and exhibit a high level of product knowledge and expertise. This role involves various responsibilities including selling on the sales floor, managing cash wrap transactions, processing merchandise, and executing floorset activities. Associates are expected to maintain brand standards and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
  • Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
  • Converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items
  • Recovers cash wrap selling zone and 'go-backs'
  • Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards
  • Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
  • Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock
  • Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards
  • Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock
  • Maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator
  • Prepares for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
  • Recovers and replenishes merchandise
  • Understands and adheres to visual merchandising standards
  • Assists in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues
  • Builds awareness and skills in loss prevention
  • Supports store strategy to reduce shrink
