About the position
This Teller position starts at $16.82 per hour with an uncapped incentive opportunity based off individual performance. This is temporary summer employment, early May through end of August with the opportunity to return each summer based on performance and dependability. For each year you return the bonus opportunity increases.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with members and fellow Advians.
- Answer member's questions and service their accounts.
- Utilize natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs.
- Recommend products and services that will best benefit individual financial needs.
- Be the face of Advia.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills.
- Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
