Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics

About the position

As an Enterprise Analytics Senior Analyst, you'll dive into data from across our iconic resorts and entertainment experiences, uncovering trends, evaluating program effectiveness, and guiding strategic decisions. Your insights will directly influence guest engagement, loyalty programs, and operational excellence - helping us continue to entertain the human race.

Responsibilities

• Analyze diverse data sets - from financial and marketing to customer behavior - to extract meaningful insights.
• Synthesize data and consumer research into clear, compelling presentations with actionable recommendations for senior leaders and business partners.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Loyalty Analytics to develop insights that elevate our guest loyalty programs and measure the impact of strategic partnerships.
• Support junior team members in generating and presenting insights.
• Identify and share analytics best practices across properties.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to ensure our analytics processes remain top-notch.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent education and work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the relevant subject area expertise (e.g. industry or function) with experience in driving business performance through operational insights and analytics.
• Passion for marketing analytics and a drive to uncover what makes our guests engage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CRM tools and SQL queries is a plus.
• Hospitality, Resort, Gaming, or Casino industry experience is preferred.
