Capital One is seeking talented sponsorships and experiential marketing professionals to join the Brand team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the experiential marketing strategy and execution of sponsorships to deliver a meaningful consumer experience, as well as B2B client hospitality. This role will help define how we meet business objectives through experiential based marketing, while also being part of a larger, integrated sponsorship strategy. You should have knowledge and experience in executing events and sponsorships - sports and entertainment (e.g., music, dining, etc.) based sponsorships are preferred. The Senior Associate, Brand Sponsorship and Experiential Marketing, will be responsible for coordinating and managing sponsorship property partners, while working with internal clients and interdepartmental teams to plan & execute sponsorship activations and VIP hospitality experiences. The Senior Associate will interface with internal and external partners, collaborate in a team setting, strategize/plan sponsorship activations and assist in managing external agencies.
